"When I came across an unknown chip, I chose to pay someone to uncap it, and was able to determine that it was an SE encryption chip with major intellectual property protection, but was unable to determine the chip manufacturer or model number. This SE chip is from China, but I can't determine the model number. SE encryption chips, packages are all unsilkscreened"
