Contains two large Flash (?) banks, some standard cells, and 128 bytes (4 8-bit columns x 32 rows) of 6T (?) SRAM.
Main memory array is 2 banks x 32 columns x 128 rows = 8K words x 32 bits per word = 32KB = 256 Kb
