Myricom crossbar switch ASIC from a 2gbps Myrinet NIC found by John McMaster in the MIT tech dump.
Looks to be around 250-350nm 3-metal.
Has a Dogbert on the die, with a very small legal notice under it.
We also decapped the PCI DMA card from a host in the same cluster.

Size is fairly large but not measured. Several mm across (maybe 8×8).
