Steinel makes good “prosumer” grade heat guns as well as some industrial ones
As long as the PCB is heated evenly and kept below soldering temperatures it should not produce too much fumes. However, even still it will produce some and you should be prepared in case it heats unevenly and begins to smoke. See HVAC for information on fume extraction systems.
