Princeton Gamma-Tech (PGT, now Thermo Scientific). Unfortunatley, their x-ray division was liquidated per the official note on their website:
“X-Ray and Nuclear products have been discontinued and no longer offered for sale by Thermo Fisher Scientific. For Service and Support…Thermo Fisher Scientific has entered into an agreement with Berkeley Nucleonics Corporation (BNC) to provide warranty and non-warranty support for X-Ray and Nuclear products”
However, BNC documents seem to pitch it as part of their company and I've seen “BNC Princeton Division” mentioned (ex: [Nuclear presentation]).
