 The auto-focus and camera sync features seem to add considerable complexity.  I don't care about auto-focus and am unsure if I need the video sync feature (I should be able to deal with it through camera registers).  Unfortunately, these add a considerable number of mirrors etc that need to be clean

+During removal additional damage was sustained/noticed.  Its possible the original white stuff (mostly?) comes off.  Regardless, this needs to be replaced
