decap:plastic
This page is about true plastic casings that are embedded around some microchips. Not to be confused with epoxy packages which are sometimes called “plastic” (ie PDIP ⇒ Plastic Dual Inline Package).
These are the easiest to work with. Simply dissolve in acetone until it comes off.
