Came off a yellow educational plaque off of eBay.
Overview
Right wafer. Wafer has markings SMC and 3007, I found a chip picture possibly matching it. I can't figure out who SMC is though if thats the manufacturer. Maybe the layout engineer's initials? Based in micrographs I'd guess mask ROM.
