About protecting and storing chips after decap
Some options:
Tape over cavity: current standard practice. Use Kapton
Slide coverglass glued to top: probably a good long term solution
Nail polish: dries slowly. Would need to be applied in thin layers. Otherwise, think its pretty inert?
Hot glue: CTE might destroy bond wires
